I'm a design leader who connects people and technology through inclusive, accessible experiences. For 16 years I've designed for web, mobile, wearables and digital kiosks across retail, travel, hospitality, entertainment, food and finance.

I started my tech career in consulting at Accenture, Isobar and Slalom, leading design teams for brands like Gap, McDonald's and United. Today I'm a VP of Experience Design at JPMorganChase, shaping enterprise payment products and pioneering an AI-augmented design workflow that uses LLMs to prototype, iterate and validate UI in real code.

How I work

4 things I hold to on every team

  1. Inclusive by default

    • Accessibility is a requirement from the first sketch, not a fix before launch. I check work with screen readers and design for users with very different needs.

  2. Prototype in real code

    • I use LLMs to turn ideas into working prototypes fast, then refine them in the repo with engineers so less gets lost in handoff.

  3. Test with real people

    • Users tell you what's broken. I put prototypes in front of them early and often, and let what we learn drive the roadmap.

  4. Tell the story

    • Great design needs a champion. I present work to leadership in a way that aligns teams and wins design-led decisions.
